Individual products are protected by a two-, three-, five-, seven-, or ten-year warranty. Of course, we provide warranty and post-warranty service either by our technicians or directly by the supplier of the given product. Because we work exclusively with renowned European manufacturers with a long tradition, the service is guaranteed for an unlimited period.

Product safety certification

Under European Union law:

Products supplied by ENPRAG spol. s.r.o. they have the character of products without an increased threat to safety and special laws on product safety do not apply to them. For this reason, neither the manufacturer nor the seller is obliged to submit a so-called declaration of conformity. (Products with an increased safety risk include, for example, products with electrical equipment, special children's furniture, toys, weapons, pressure vessels, etc.)

Product safety is regulated only by laws on general product safety in terms of applicable regulations. In accordance with these laws, we will inform you of all related risks in the installation and use instructions.
