Design creation

  • A team of technical consultants and designers will design a solution tailored to your needs and budget. If the standard products do not suit you, we will propose an atypical solution.

Takeout

  • Goods that we deliver with our trucks can be delivered to the destination upon request. Please always indicate the request for delivery of the goods in the order note.
  • The takeout prices will be communicated to you by our salespeople, depending on the nature of the order and the availability of the place (elevator, elevator availability, floor of the building, number of stairs, etc.).
  • If, for technical reasons, it is not possible to place heavy products on the floor by our means, we will ensure the placement using special handling techniques.

Unpacking, placement, and disposal of packaging material

  • We will unpack and place the goods that we deliver with our trucks after they have been delivered to the desired location. We will also take care of the packaging material removal.
  • Please always state the requirement for unpacking, placement, and disposal of packaging material in the order notes.

Warranty and post-warranty service

  • The goods are protected by a warranty period of 2 to 10 years (depending on the nature of the goods). Information on the length of the warranty period can be found in the details of the specific product.

Disposal of original filing cabinets and cabinets

  • We will take care of the removal and disposal of filing cabinets and cabinets that you no longer want to use.
