Plastové i dřevěné držáky nástrojů se vkládají a fixují v nosičích nástrojů nebo nástrojových rámech. Tyto následně pomocí sady držáků umístíte do skříní, vozíků, zásuvek nebo stolních stojanů.
Nástrojové rámy jsou jednotné pro celý ukládací a transportní systém, pouze nástrojové rámy do zásuvek jsou mírně odlišné (jsou o několik mm užší), jejich úložná kapacita je však shodná.
DRŽÁKY OBRÁBĚCÍCH NÁSTROJŮ PLASTOVÉ
Základním prvkem fixace nástrojů a ochrany upínacích částí nástrojů třískového obrábění jsou plastové držáky. Skladovací systém vychází z ukládání jednoho nástroje do jednoho držáku.
Originální držáky POLAK jsou dostupné v několika typech. Tam, kde typizovaný držák nevyhovuje, použijte univerzální držák, který si sami snadno upravíte.
Plastové držáky jsou vyrobeny z nárazuvzdorného ABS plastu a v nosičích nebo nástrojových rámech jsou fixovány v požadované poloze dvěma pojistkami. Bez nářadí, bez šroubování!

Nástrojové rámy pro zásuvky rozšiřují možnosti ukládání nástrojů v rámci celého stavebnicového nábytkového systému POLAK. Protože nástroje a upínací trny nástrojů jsou různě dlouhé, je možné nástrojové rámy v zásuvkách výškově nastavovat. Nástrojový rám je v zásuvce zavěšen pomocí sady čtyř držáků, které jsou součástí dodávky nástrojového rámu.
Pozor na délku upínacího trnu ukládaného nástroje včetně upínacího šroubu! Zvolte správně hlubokou zásuvku!

Vysoce kvalitní zásuvkové skříně jsou vyrobeny nejnovějšími automatizovanými výrobními postupy, které zajišťují stálou kvalitu a přesnost. Korpusy zásuvkových skříní tvoří svařenec jednotlivých konstrukčních dílů z kvalitních ocelových plechů. Vnitřní konstrukce koprusů je opatřena perforací po 25 mm, která je využita k uchycení vodících lišt zásuvek, jejich výškovému uspořádání a nakonfigurování požadované zásuvkové sestavy. Přestavování vodících lišt nebo háčků polic probíhá jednoduše a velice rychle bez použití nástrojů. Zásuvková skříň je opatřena mechanismem centrálního zamykání a blokace zásuvek. Zásuvky jsou základním skladovacím prvkem, a proto splňují vysoké požadavky na pevnost a stabilitu. Produkce POLAK nabízí 7 výšek zásuvek s perforací bočnic a dna s roztečí 17 mm. To vám poskytne možnost využití dělícího materiálu k efektivnímu rozvržení objemu zásuvek.

POLAK worktops are made of wood. Wood is a natural material, and therefore due to changes in temperature or humidity, the boards may slightly curve, even though special care is taken in their surface treatment. The stability of the shape of the worktop is guaranteed at a relative air humidity of 50 - 60%. Wooden table tops should definitely not come into direct contact with water and are intended exclusively for interior use. Also, the color of the boards may differ slightly from each other, depending on the input lumber used.

Special studs - screw nuts with internal and external threads are used to fasten the legs of work tables or drawer cabinets to the boards. After the plate is properly assembled and provided with holes, these externally threaded studs are screwed into the plate.
