General terms and conditions of ENPRAG s.r.o.

On this page you will find general terms and conditions for the sale of our entire range, which includes aluminum profiles, tubes, couplings and related structures, including workshop tables, handling trolleys, shelving and other bespoke products. We try to combine the advantages of online shopping with guarantees based on the existence of our "brick and mortar" store.

1. Prices:

Currently, we already represent more than 100 companies on the Czech and Slovak markets and can offer an extensive assortment in large number of variants and price categories. Thanks to long-term and close cooperation with our suppliers, we have gradually secured truly exclusive conditions that allow us to offer our products at the lowest prices.

NOTICE: The company ENPRAG, s.r.o. reserves the right to correct the price of the goods before sending the goods if it discovers that the goods have been offered at an incorrect price. In such a case, the customer must be informed of the correct price and the customer must agree to the price adjustment. Otherwise, the purchase contract will not be concluded and the order will be canceled by the supplier.

2. Guarantee:

The goods are protected by a two-year, three-year, five-year, seven-year or ten-year warranty (depending on the individual types and manufacturers). The warranty does not cover damage to goods due to weather conditions or water for the range intended exclusively for indoor placement. It is important to ensure appropriate storage of goods and minimize their exposure to adverse external influences. In case of confusion, we will be happy to advise you through our experienced salespeople.

3. Transport and services:

We deliver the goods with our own trucks with our own, professionally trained employees. We do not charge shipping for orders over 120 € without VAT (145 including VAT). Free shipping for orders over CZK 120 € without VAT only applies to orders from the e-shop. The right to free shipping expires if any discount has been granted from the valid retail price, even though the total value of the purchase is still higher than CZK 120 € without VAT. The exception is also products with a high weight or large volume, where transport is paid according to the place of delivery, even with a purchase value of more than 120 € without VAT. If you are interested, we will unpack and check the goods on the spot, and we will take away the packaging material - all for a modest fee. We only charge delivery and assembly according to the demands. We also partly use the transport company PPL for small shipments, larger goods are sent by the forwarding company Toptrans.

4. Storage:

In the event that the customer for some reason refuses to deliver the goods on the agreed date or does not collect them on time, after 5 working days from this date we will charge a storage fee 5 € without VAT per 1 m² of storage area for each day started (this amount includes storage, handling and administrative activities).

5. Complaint:

In case of any complaint, contact us as a seller, preferably in writing to reklamace@kovovynabytek.cz.

IMPORTANT: If you notice other than obvious damage after the delivery of the ordered goods (under the intact packaging), which is probably caused by transport, it is absolutely necessary to claim this damage no later than 3 working days from the day the shipment was delivered to you. At the same time, we ask you to keep the packaging in which the shipment was delivered and to send written information about the extent of damage and photo documentation to the e-mail obchod@kovovynabytek.cz. Claims for mechanical damage of this type made after this deadline will be rejected.

6. Withdrawal from the contract:

When purchasing online, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving reasons. This right cannot be used when purchasing atypical goods, i.e. customized according to your requirements, which was made especially for you and therefore cannot be sold to another customer. If you have already paid for the legally returned goods, the amount will be refunded in full, including the costs incurred for distribution (postage, packaging, transport). However, the law no longer imposes an obligation on our company to reimburse the costs associated with returning the goods. If you are an entrepreneur, i.e. a legal entity or a person who ordered the goods as part of their business activity or as part of their independent performance of a profession, the legal possibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract within 14 days of the purchase does not apply to you.

CAUTION! In the event of a return, Enprag reserves the right to charge or deduct from the purchase price a fee for wear and tear up to 100% of the invoiced amount (according to the degree of wear, deterioration or damage to the product), as such returned goods cannot subsequently be sold as new.

NOTICE: Each order is according to the Civil Code, § 544-545, Act No. 40/1964 Coll. binding. If the order sent by cash on delivery is not picked up by the customer, payment of the incurred costs for sending the goods and a handling fee (so-called contractual penalty) up to 20 € will be required. By sending the order, you agree to our terms and conditions and the contractual penalty in this amount.

7. Service:

We provide both warranty and post-warranty service. Based on our extensive experience and many years of experience in the field, we are able to provide professional and reliable service care.

8. How to order:

In addition to the classic order via the e-shop, we also accept all other possible forms of orders. By mail, e-mail (obchod@kovovynabytek.cz), fax and telephone. Ordering on our e-shop is very simple, just follow the instructions on the screen. If you do not call or we are unable to accept the order for any reason, we will call you back as soon as possible.

9. Payment:

Payment for the goods can be made by transfer to an account with a maturity of 14 days (it is also possible to agree otherwise), cash on delivery, cash or payment card when taking over the goods at the store and cash or payment card when taking over the goods from our drivers or from the contractual partner carrier. Please remember that the goods remain our property until payment is made in full.

10. Delivery Time:

The best-selling goods are still available in stock in sufficient quantities. For goods to order, the delivery period applies according to the type of goods, which is indicated for the product in the e-shop. For custom-made goods, the delivery time may depend on various factors, such as warehouse capacity, complexity of production or availability of materials. For these products, the delivery time is usually between 1 and 5 weeks, depending on the specific circumstances and requirements of the customer.

11. Stock:

The ordered goods can also be picked up in person directly at the company's address, where our warehouse is also located (map here). Please let us know the date in advance so that we can prepare the goods for you.
