ERGONOMICS

The children in your school grow, does the furniture grow with them? Children spend most of their time sitting at school, so it is very important to pay extra attention to correct sitting. School furniture from the Polish company JT Mebel meets not only these demanding requirements on ergonomics, but is also highly aesthetic at the same time. Your children will enjoy going to school.

Correct seating height
When you stand next to the chair - the edge of the seat should be ="float: right;" title="school furniture, school desks, student and teacher tables and chairs, school blackboards" width="200" />
at the level of the lower part of the kneecap.

Correct desk height
If you are sitting in a chair that matches your height, start the relaxed
arms freely along the body and then make a 90° angle at the elbow. The elbow should be 2-3 cm below the level of the upper part of the work surface.

Tilt desktop
Correct and healthy sitting is facilitated by tilting the work surface of the table. Tilting the work surface must be simple and fast in the range of 0, 10, 16 degrees. The work surface can be tilted as a whole or as divided – 2/3 of the surface is tilted and 1/3 of the surface is flat.

Sitting on a classic chair
Sitting at school can be divided into a work phase (writing, painting...) and a rest phase (listening to explanations...). When sitting on a classic fixed chair, the weight of the upper part of the body is transferred to the lumbar spine and pelvis, the internal organs are compressed and their blood supply is impaired. Subsequently, fatigue occurs more quickly, and thus also poorer concentration on teaching. The resting and working phases differ only in the intensity of compression of the internal organs.
