Free shipping from 120 € without VAT

  • For purchases over 120 € without VAT (144 € including VAT), shipping is completely free anywhere in the Czech Republic.
  • The cost of shipping for orders with a value of less than 120 € excluding VAT is divided into three bands:
  1. The capital Prague – 8 € without VAT (10 € incl. VAT)
  2. Territory of the Czech region – 10 € without VAT (12 € incl. VAT)
  3. Territory of the Moravian Region – CZK 12 € without VAT (15 € incl. VAT)
  • The right to free shipping expires if any discount has been granted from the valid retail price even though the total value of the purchase is still higher than 120 € excluding VAT.

Transport by Enprag cars

  • We deliver most goods by our own transport, so that they always arrive undamaged. Professionally trained technicians will deliver the purchased goods to where they are needed and ensure correct placement and assembly.
  • Please always state the location and assembly requirement in the order note.
    Our salespeople will inform you of the prices for placing the goods and assembly, depending on the nature of the order and the availability of the place (elevator, elevator availability, floor of the building, number of stairs, etc.).

Transport by forwarding service

  • If there is a request for fast delivery of the goods or if the weight of the shipment is up to 30 kg, we deliver to any address in the Czech Republic using the TopTrans forwarding service. Delivery by forwarding service includes placing the goods behind the first lockable door without additional services.
  • The price of shipping by forwarding service is 12 € without VAT (15 € incl. VAT).

Transportation of heavy and oversized products

  • Products with a high weight (e.g. concrete urban furniture, safes, etc.) or a large volume (large-capacity waste containers and catch basins, bus stops, etc.) are not subject to free shipping for purchases over 120 € excluding VAT .
  • Shipping prices for oversized and heavy products will be communicated to you by our salespeople, depending on the nature of the order. If, for technical reasons, it is not possible to place heavy products on the floor, we will ensure placement using special handling techniques.
