Bike with solid rubber rim with metal disc. Due to its high hardness, this wheel has very little rolling resistance. During operation, it is necessary to respect the fact that this wheel is absolutely "inflexible". Therefore, it is not able to absorb any impact on the edge or other unevenness. This impact on the edge leads to the destruction of the wheel by cracking in the longitudinal direction of the rim. (A solid rubber hoop is made by joining two lightweight moldings)

Inflatable wheels with a metal disc. The disc is strengthened by molding and connected by six screws. This wheel has either a wider standard hub using a rolling bearing and plastic plug or a reinforced hub and is assembled using twenty pieces of 4×45 steel pins. The use of this wheel is for the heaviest loads up to a maximum load of 350 kg.

Diameters of the axles of the wheels on which the wheels are mounted:

For wheels Ø140 and Ø160, the axle diameter is 15 mm. For all other wheels, with the exception of the reinforced Ø350 wheel, the axle diameter is 20 mm. For the reinforced wheel Ø350, the axle diameter is 22 mm. For most wheels, the size of the axle allows the use of both plastic and metal disc wheels. It can therefore be replaced with wheels with a metal disc for wheels equipped with plastic discs.

  • Rubber handles Ø25 mm or plastic handles with a protective rim Ø25 mm can be used for rudder.
  • Rudles are produced by welding in a protective atmosphere, sandblasted before painting with KOMAXID. The color shade can be customized according to the customer's request.
  • Individual production can ensure specific adjustments to individual types of standard ore, or the production of completely atypical ore according to customer requirements and within short delivery times.

* Due to its dimensions, this type of wheel is the closest possible to the replacement for the discontinued BARUM 12×4 wheel.
